We offer exchange in case there is a quality concern or a size issue from company's end. Exchange is only acceptable if the customer notifies of such matter within 3 working days of receiving the product. Product exchange will be done without any extra charges within 15 working days of complaint registration. Local Replacement charges will be Rs. 500/- if customer demands a replacement in case of incorrect size ordered.
For International Replacement claim, company's policy might be subject to change as per the scenario put forth by the client.
