The black velvet-based jutti is made with pure threads instructed with gems; and embroidered with fine zardozi, dabka, kora, tilla, and naqshi with techniques like marori and pitta incorporated in the finest design. Also, we still didn't stop here as the back is a true vision where you see motifs, ornaments, handmade tassels, or even booties. Every design is just a haute couture invention in its own.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Articles must be in the same condition as received.

• Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Articles priced below PKR 3000 are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our Customer Care Department via email to request a Return Authorization Form.

• Include the completed Return Form with your return shipment.

• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated warehouse.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for customers who have paid via debit or credit card.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for exchange only — no refunds will be issued for COD orders.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.
