• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Articles must be in the same condition as received.

• Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Articles priced below PKR 3000 are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our Customer Care Department via email to request a Return Authorization Form.

• Include the completed Return Form with your return shipment.

• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated warehouse.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for customers who have paid via debit or credit card.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for exchange only — no refunds will be issued for COD orders.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

International Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check-out based on the buyer's location and number of juttis being ordered.

Please note following terms and conditions:
- Custom duties or any sort of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer).
- No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained

Delivery Terms

We offer Free Shipping and Cash on Delivery in Pakistan. We have deployed the services of Pakistan’s most trusted logistics companies with a wide delivery network for shipment purposes. The order would take around 7-10 working days to reach you depending on your location.

The shipping time for customized and out of stock products would be a bit longer. Dazzle’s team member will contact you and keep you posted on the approximate shipping time once the order is placed.

Though we use some of Pakistan’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.
